Sports Registration for Athletes

Online registration through the Final Forms is now the only way to register for high school athletics.

• To register on FinalForms, please create an account and complete all necessary documents no later than one week prior to the beginning of your season.

The participation fee for athletics is $100 per athlete per season with a $400 family cap per school year.

You can pay this fee by check or cash in the Athletic Office or online through MySchoolBucks (www.myschoolbucks.com).

​​​​Fees can also be mailed to the Athletic Office at 115 School Road, Weston, CT.

• In addition, a current physical must be on file in the Nurse's office (blue state physical form).
  • Physicals should be valid through the entire season for which you are registering.
• All of this must be completed at least one week prior to the start of your season.
• No athlete will be allowed to participate until the online registration has been completed, the participation fee has been paid, and a current physical is on file with the nurse.
